No cons. I mean there used to be a minor cons as in every company. But with new management I am seeing good changes and hope to see best.

Someone Who Worked Here for Nearly a Year

Pros

The pay was decent for what you do, and my coworkers were great. I have definitely made some lifelong friends. My TL was very understanding and I appreciate everything she did to help us come together as a team.

Cons

I know it's a call center, but the calls can be non-stop some days. You don't always have a chance to catch your breath before the next auto-answered call comes in. You also get reviewed three times a week, which can be stressful at times. Some of the callers can be very rude and disrespectful, despite you trying your best to help them. This can be frustrating since there is nothing you can do except grab a supervisor.
