Absolutely none, beside the equity shares program.

Cons

It's a very VERY dodgy environment, managed by self centered- so called- "leaders". There is no team spirit (although they will make you believe there is, by organizing useless town halls, during which you would be forced to play whatever stupid game they picked, otherwise you'd be seen as a negative person or someone who does not pay interest in the company) and you're not allowed to bring up any problem you or the client are facing (because again you'll be marked as a problematic/negative person). They will FIRE people because of this "negative" attitude and they will make up insane excuses (such as fake and unrealistic numbers) when they do so. They won't even warn you once! The men in the leadership are real "machos", discriminating female jobs and achievements (threats are considered normal in here). It is definitely the worst company I have ever worked for in my entire life.
