Best Company I have worked till date (Coming from a Person who has worked in 6+ Companies) Good Career Growth for a hard and smart worker. Equality in promotions. Well defined Career Path Amazing WorkLife Balance Amazing Managers (Ravi, Sanjeev, Rakesh etc) No stupid rules like mandatory work hours, dress code etc

Cons

Work Ethic, Skill set, Dedication and performance should define promotions rather than years of Experience Rating on a Bell Curve should be stopped. It demotivates the good workers. Micro-management should be stopped. Believe in the resources and motivate them to perform rather than forcing them through leads managers etc.
