      Pros

      Realpage HAD great culture RealPage HAD good managers RealPage HAD work life balance RealPage HAD no politics

      Cons

      Top management has been replaced recently this year and RealPage now only had politics and micro management. Every other person I speak to has no job security. They have created chaos and confused environment by taking away all the good policies which were implemented by former top management.

      Thank you for your post. Over the past weeks, I have read several reviews that say India is doing great and some say that it is not as good as it once was. I think to be fair we need to give the new management team time to gel. Sanjeev and Lakshmi and others are trying to build and direct the company in the right way. I question your comment that no one has job security as that is just not accurate. We do not have a high turnover in India, in fact it is very low.       Pros

      An Awesome place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with RealPage. It values its employees ensuring a work life balance with flexibility. There are lot of positive changes witnessed over the months with most of the trash been washed off. The new Management totally believes in recognising and rewarding the employees accordingly Vs the previous management which was swallowing peoples money down the tables.... Pure Hardwork and Talent is recognised irrespective of the gender. A bunch of fools and hypocrites with no talent/ process knowledge, purely based upon recommendations and reservations are wiped off now... letting to have a clean and peaceful environment. I wish they mend their ways , else they will be thrown out in a similar fashion everywhere they go. It is very transparent now and giving lot of opportunities to know other side of the business through travels. Positive signs with regards to Women empowerment. The new management is highly confidential and goal oriented rather than politics and cheap tricks.

      Cons

      The HR needs to be confined to its own activities and improve on their presentation and communication skills as they are the face of the company Few more descendants of the knocked out trash / hypocrites needs to mend their ways.
