      Pros

      Flexible hours, easy-going supervisors, wonderful employees, exciting job perks.

      Cons

      Turn over in upper management and constant changing in departments. I guess this is because the company constantly purchases smaller companies so there are not a lot of consistencies.

      Thank you for your post and I am glad you are finding the working conditions very favorable. There is some truth in the fact that we do buy companies and then look for synergistic opportunities, and you see a lot of integration work going on all around us. I'm glad you noticed the communication levels as we have been trying very hard to keep them going at a high level.       You will get to work with great people and the pay is ok.

      Cons

      Things change ALL the time, no real training, and you never know what your commission will be.

      Thank you for your post. I'm glad you got to work with some very great people. Your point on product training is critical to our success, and so is commission certainty. The good news is we get your comment and are expanding knowledge through the new LMS portal, where in short time there will be a vast array of coursework not only on products, compliance but also leadership skills. On to commissions, as you know sales took over commissions and Nan is someone with a great deal of experience and trust throughout the organization. Anyone in the organization who has any questions on their commission can now walk down the hall and get the answers. I get the fact that it should be very easy to understand, I agree with you and our goal is to simplify the compensation plans in general.       Pros

      Lots of opportunity to learn, and grow into better position for another company. Because of the work load you will often find yourself learning new things to keep up, but it also opens doors since you will often be working outside of your position.

      Cons

      overwhelming amount of work from the clients with not enough resources to spread out the work. Often finding myself buried in the day to day workload.
