Thank you for your post. Having worked for RP for three years I can appreciate your perspective. There are a lot of opportunities here as we are growing in revenue and customer opportunities. Having reviewed the market benefits, I would say that we are above average in our benefits, and Lockton, our insurance broker would confirm that. There is no question that things move quickly here and we must stay focused on integrating our acquisitions as fast as possible to eliminate the silos. One thing that is really going to help is the new building layout, as like teams are going to be situated together.
