Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow.

Cons

mediocre benefits; lack of strong leaders within the team; too much happening too quickly; every division works in a silo - no cohesive binding work culture

Thank you for your post. Having worked for RP for three years I can appreciate your perspective. There are a lot of opportunities here as we are growing in revenue and customer opportunities. Having reviewed the market benefits, I would say that we are above average in our benefits, and Lockton, our insurance broker would confirm that. There is no question that things move quickly here and we must stay focused on integrating our acquisitions as fast as possible to eliminate the silos. One thing that is really going to help is the new building layout, as like teams are going to be situated together. All development is now under a common leader and for the most part product is as well. I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors. Sincerely Kurt Twining

Pros

Great team! Great people! They seem to care about everyone who works here. The job is easy and the pay is good.

Cons

Lots of recent changes in management. Also, even the though the pay is good we have not received any merit or annual raises.

Thank you for your response. I'm glad that you find the work in our contact center "easy" and the people and the team are great to work with. We did just announce three major changes in the CC, by adding some real strong industry talent in leadership roles. We will be looking at the training next, by in fluxing fun adult learning concepts that I think people will enjoy. We have also integrated the hiring managers deeper into the recruiting process. And as we hoped, turnover is starting to drop. As to the raises, our compensation department does complete an annual review of the competitive wages in the area for these roles. Steven Han and Randy Johns are in the process of a review. Thanks again for your post. Kurt Twining
