      Seen a lot of lay offs (Cost Cutting) in the span of 4 years of total working experience at Realpage India Pvt Ltd.

      Pros

      Positives are nothing much to describe.. same pros that you see with any Class 3 level organization.

      Cons

      -- A lot of lay offs (complete teams) in the name of cost cutting. -- Worst and non-responsive HR department. -- Payroll team wont bother about answering your queries regarding F&F and PF settlements once your team is laid off of the company. -- In my experience of 4 years with Realpage, seen a lot of on the spot layoffs (over video calls), which makes the company highly non-secure in terms of career.

      Management makes a tremendous effort to foster a great culture and work life balance is very great. Opportunities to learn are enormous.
