Your comment on acquisitions is one that we are applying extra attention to so that the purchased assets and new employees have the ability to provide real value as soon as possible. In 2016, you will see dedicated resource teams assigned to "bring in" and assimilate into RealPage with much faster speed. There have been some changes in your leadership team based on your location.       Senior Managers and Director still doing old technical jobs

      Thank you for your post. There is an old adage that people gravitate to what they know and like to do. Sounds like you have some good ideas on how to manage the database. You might want to do a matrix of pros and cons on your suggestions on how to implement new ways of work. A developmental supervisor should be able to pick up on your innovation.
