Pros

Good performance review structure with quarterly reviews, which give opportunities to learn and grow. And the management is open to feedback if any. Fun and engaging activities through out the year.. Truly aA Great Place to work..

Cons

Some teams may have less work/life balance, however I've found that most are good.

Thank you for your post. We are changing the performance review process to answer two very important things. 1) How did you make a difference for your customers and improve RealPage and then 2)how did you deliver your results throughout the RealPage promise? Benefits are reviewed on a continual basis and the world is changing in what it expects or wants to see from employers. For example paternity leave is on the rise and will be considered in 2017. Stay tuned and thanks again for your post. Sincerely, Kurt Twining

Pros

Huge scope to flourish technically and management are all ears to listen your problems. And a great work life balance which you can't find in most of the companies.

Cons

Testers are given high priority than developers in some cases taking into consideration that they have good business domain.

Pros

Great People, was a fun environment

Cons

Pay is sub par, management has no clear direction, and it looks like they are planning to move most of the call center operations over seas.

Thank you for your post. I am pleased that you liked the people and the environment that is so important from a culture satisfaction standpoint. We benchmark our pay against the Radford Global compensation data on an annual basis. Without more data, I can not comment regarding your personal situation. I also wish you had been delivered a clearer picture of where the company is going in 2016 and beyond. I can tell you it is exciting. On your comment regarding the call center operations, we are not planning to move most of the positions over seas. In fact we just built out a brand new office space in Greenville, SC which is just really professional in look and feel. Our Greer, SC location will be moving there this week. We are expanding our call center operations in a new location -Cebu and now have 35 employees and hope to grow there as well as all locations around the globe. We also expanded our Dallas, Texas operations in the fall of last year. I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors, Sincerely, Kurt Twining
