Pros

READ THIS ASAP! I never lie to anyone ever and I would certainly never tell anyone to not work somewhere if I didn't mean it. I was a very excited employee coming here to real page. It was great with the training team. They made it seem like it was going to be a breeze. Not that i think every job would be easy, but NEVER in my life did I think I could hate something so much as this place. Any who, Well, we were supposed to have 3 or 4 weeks of training, well that fell through real quick. It was the 2 1/2 week of training and they were like okay were going to put you guys out on the floor. I was just thinking geez that is a little rather soon truthfully. But I just did as I was told. So about two days after I am finally on the floor to take calls by myself. Well, we of course had what was called team leads, and I had never met mine yet nor did they introduce their self just yet either. Well, I had a question (you know coming out of training I didn't know EVERYTHING) and asked ANOTHER team lead (still haven't met mine yet) a question, and she freaking snitched on me and told my team lead that I was asking her questions (even though she had already been emailing me everyday about what to do on calls) and this is the approach I get from my team lead finally, first time ever meeting her she says "My name is BLANK and I am your team lead, you do not EVER email another team lead, if you have any questions you come to me for everything, and only me because when you go to other team leads its going behind my back!" And I just looked at this lady like who are you?! And it was the worlds worst introduction ever! So I did just that, I always went to her for everything, and when I did she always had a sarcastic attitude behind her answer and made it seem like I should never ask another question again. She was mean, rude, sarcastic, she had her good moments when she wanted to but it did not last long. Other team leads were perfectly fine but her. I asked if I could switch teams and that never happened. I finally went to her manager and told her how extremely rude she was being and then for like 1 week my team lead played nice and offered me her break fast, and then was extremely rude to me AGAIN. So then, I just came to work and did my job, but eventually got very stressed out because of how I was being treated at work and what not. I ended up in the doctor a few times because of how stressed I was that I had to go back to that place to deal with her and not to mention horrendous customers over the phone.

Cons

Do not work for this company. Ever. Trust me and take my advice.

Thank you for your post. I'm glad you enjoy the work environment and find your pay on par with your expectations. Are you open to a conversation on your concerns with your leaders or myself. I would like to sit down with you to understand your situation and see how I can help. Willing to buy you lunch. I agree with your advice on holding on to top talent. There will still be a few more management changes as we continue to consolidate functions. 972-820-4016 Sincerely, Kurt Twining

Thank you for your post. I'm glad that you are enjoying your work. There are a lot of positive things going on inside the company. Did you know we just raised $425k for united way through employee contributions, we had several days of caring in the community, and for those who had tighter schedules, we made 900 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for local school children. Not knowing how long you have been with a the company, you may have just entered into your career. If that is not the case, then contact myself or Mike Southwell and we will be happy to sit down with you and map out a potential career path and show you what is available. We will have merit reviews coming in early March. Would love to take you to lunch to learn about your experiences. 972-820-4016, Sincerely, Kurt Twining
