      Pros

      There are some great people here with good intentions. It has potential to be a really good place to work for a long time.

      Cons

      Departments aren't on the same page. Salaries are not competitive. If you're not one of the popular people, you won't go far, no matter how good you are at what you do.

      Thank you for your post and pointing out the fact that some really great people work here. Each day we work harder to become one RealPage as we continue to consolidate functions, leadership and direction. This should lead to more departments becoming on the same page as they have common goals and leaders. Your post would indicate that you believe some talented people are not moving up fast enough. I would like to explore that with you as you also mention change the phone call which would indicate you worked in the call center. I'm interested in your ideas.       Pros

      - Colleagues - Free drinks sometimes

      Cons

      - Workload - Pay - No free coffee! - Higher level management (dinosaurs) - HR (don´t hold exit interviews - so no learnings as to why staff want to leave) - Too much emphasise on DOMINATING the market rather than creating a great product and service that would dominate the market in a holistic way.

      Thank you for your post. I appreciate the fact that you recognized your team, good pay and rewards. That sounds like a very good starting point. Now it is obvious that we need to improve the communication in your group. I would like to help you with this and you can do it by calling me direct at x4016 and we can discuss the best way we can get this accomplished...or reaching out to your supervisor, (which may be part of the issue) and asking them for a broader update on the company, etc. This issue can be fixed. One of the most important things we can do is give everyone perspective. What game are we in, what is my role and how do we keep score. Again, this is problem worth fixing.
