Pros

The coworkers are amazing and the clients are really, really awesome.

Cons

Management has created a very toxic, distrustful environment. There are three tracking softwares on my work computer, one of which video records all of my monitors during inbound phone calls. Management has told us for years that we're underpaid for the industry, with no action taken to correct this. The benefits are terrible.

Thank you for your post. It's clear that something is off in your space....I will take exception to your comment that the benefits are terrible...there not...they are market competitive....not sure why any manager would say to their teams that you are underpaid...Having said that your advice is spot on..take me up on a deep dive into your area....call me at x4016....Sincerely, Kurt Twining

Pros

I really like the job and the company until recently. The time off is pretty good. The training was some of the best I have ever had. All of my bosses have been solid.

Cons

We have been working from home full time for 7 months since March. With record numbers of cases and hospitalizations they are phasing us back into the office now mandatory. This is absolutely baffiling and no explanation has been given. If I come to the office and never even speak to another human why am I being forced to come in? The claim is it's for "team interaction". There is no team interaction we work entirely alone our entire shift. Some people come to the office some dont . There is actually more distraction at the office than at home. I could totally understand if our job actually required being at the office. IT DOESN'T not AT ALL The benefits of working from home has substantially improved many of my coworkers lives and management just doesn't care. They want to force us to drive automobiles that hurt the environment for no reason to their office back and forth while spinning green this or green that. Working from home would help the environment a lot more than a paperless check.. Most of our competitors are with the times and recognizing work from home is the future. I could not be any more dissapointed at these decisions especially given the escalating Covid numbers. It's not a performance issue either as our individual performance is 100% trackable and easily measured. People are talking about how irresponsible returning to the office is when it can just be done at home.

Thank you for your post....Let's clear the air here....we closed the office to sanitize it and then re-opened it up on a voluntary basis....there is no mandatory come into the office in Greenville at this time. You may have been the one that sent me an email on this question. We are in voluntary RTW where allowed across the US,..Sincerely, Kurt Twining
