Fun @ Work, Flexible Hours, Month End Celebrations, Mentor-Mentee Program, great people interaction with seniors, excellent leaders, work life balance You will get a chance to work multiple products , their integration and exposure of these products as services. Quarterly reviews conducted helps to Set clear goals.

Cons

Lot of products that comes as a part of acquisition have its own challenges in its platform/integration/technologies.

Very nice place to wrok. Management cares about the employees. Clean nice extras for employess.

Cons

Went out of business in Charlotte. They are open late and you must work on the weekends. Overtime isnt available like I would have liked.
