Pros

Full of very interesting passionate people who take their jobs very seriously. Benefits are decent compared to other Dallas based companies

Cons

The managers air out their dirty laundry in front of everyone. Company is very silo-ed. Your experience at the company will solely depend on how good/bad your team is.

Thank you for your post,You've hit on a couple of things that need to be addressed. First I have excited and glad you have found interesting and passionate people. We try very hard to recruit top talent like this. Second the benefits are solid and will continue to be so in 2016. There will be no premium increases for dental, vision or hearing. Medical will be market adjusted unfortunately for almost everyone in America. Now on to your con - there was a point in time when there were more product silos than I could count back in the day. The great news is this - we now have one common product leader for the majority of the company in William Chaney. We now have one Sales and Marketing, Product Support and Call Center in Daryl Rolley. I think you can see where I am going with this. We are getting closer by the day to eliminating silos and still have some work to do...Now the new building will be built in out in neighborhoods, such as design, implementation etc. Like jobs doing like work next to their customers. This move alone will reduce some of what your are describing. To you point on publicly airing of dirty laundry. I am not a big fan of that at all, having said that I have no issue getting work opportunities on the table so we can get quickly to the heart of the problem. Its work versus personal. As you know we are a very open company in many respects. We know have a quarterly cadence with our CEO to all employees regarding the state of the business and stay tuned as the upcoming earnings call is right around the corner. Thanks Kurt Twining

Pros

Great opportunities if you are looking at the big picture

Cons

Too many people trying to step all over each other to get to the top. Lack of training during on boarding and job descriptions do not necessarily match the actual duties.
