      Great people, excellent products and services. Industry leader from innovation stand point.

      Cons

      Constant change in leadership and direction. Makes it hard to employees to buy in if the vision and strategy is constantly in flux.

      Thank you for your post. Glad you like the people and your work. I printed your comments to share with my peers. The plan actually does not change that much, who is executing the plan within the functions does vary and it appears to be in flux. But your point is well taken. Lets define the game, what are the roles we are all going to play and how are we going to keep score. There is value in that continuity for sure. I would love to pick your brain and hear your thoughts on core challenges. Give me a call and I will buy us lunch and we cane discuss. Again, I think your post is very valuable and will be shared.       Pros

      Pay is relatively good and day one benefits is awesome.

      Cons

      Micro management!!! The trainers breathe down your neck and critique the smallest detail in the most annoying way possible. U literally have to be perfect or do everything perfect the first go round and there is little room to make a mistake WHILE IN TRAINING. Definitely not for everybody.
