Pros

The pay is decent. The location is great. They often treat the staff to lunch. They are open 24 hours.

Cons

Management. The training is not effective. Opportunities to advance are slim.

Pros

Fun @ Work, Flexible Hours, Month End Celebrations, Mentor-Mentee Program, great people interaction with seniors, excellent leaders, work life balance You will get a chance to work multiple products , their integration and exposure of these products as services

Cons

Lot of products that comes as a part of acquisition have its own challenges in its platform/integration/technologies. But the good part is that Realpage has started to centralize all products and exposing it as a service. I am sure this process will bring a lot of opportunities and it will add a lot of values to the customers

Pros

Pretty good over all. Good pay, decent co workers, half hour lunch and 15 minute breaks.

Cons

Gets old day in and day out and is inconsistent as far as training. Over the 2 years I was there things had changed so much and I would be failed on shops for things that had changed and not notified of.
