- Company values team members - Opens the doors for new opportunities to all the employees Example: I am put on a program with HYSEA through Real Page, Wonderful opportunity for Women to be trained by Industry Women leaders. - M.D Sandeep Sharma, HRBP-VP Rekha, Director's Jeevan and Vijay are so reachable, approachable and you can discuss the doubts or any issues. I believe this leadership team has built the work place where almost all employees feel this is Family and a great place to work.
