      Pros

      Live able wage ( $12 + an hour with degree). Great insurance.

      Cons

      Over 120 calls a day during peak summer. Everything is micromanaged. The time off the phone down to the minute matters. You're allowed 10 minutes total to go to the bathroom outside of your breaks. Shopped at least 3 times a week. Very slow to promote. Often management wants at least 1 year before promoting. Advancement is done through classes ( which are helpful) but on personal time.

      Pros

      RealPage employees are friendly, the supervisors and managers are willing to work with you, they have plenty of opportunities for advancement, the facilities are state of the art, and they have competitive benefits and compensation packages. Also, recruiting rocks. My recruiter, Kaili, was hands-on and worked out a lot of things for me. She kept in touch from start to finish - it has been a great experience working here.

      Cons

      The medical insurance is high deductible so it can get expensive going to the doctor, there is a pretty high turnover rate (not sure why), and I'd like to see a work from home option available for working parents.

      This company offers seasonal incentive pay, you build close friendships with your co-workers, and the holiday parties are fun as well.

      Cons

      Need competitive pay, no focus growth potential.
