Love my job, great company

Pros

I've been been here for nearly one year and couldn't be happier. Expectations for hard work are high here and I feel very motivated to meet them because I am treated as a professional and feel my opinions/recommendations are valued. My co-workers, including my boss, are also amazing, very smart, accountable and great at what they do.

Cons

The culture is OK, but could use a boost. Additional volunteer opportunities and company-wide team building would be welcome.

Pros

New Management changes infusing new life to Realpage Support Center. So happy that we have a VP that is focused on client experience and how Support can also be financial generator. Exciting times in Support and I can't wait to see what our new VP can do.

Cons

Better communication between Product Development team with Support Teams. With the fast growth of Onesite, Property Ware and Ops Technology, Development Teams for each product must communicate more frequently with Product Support and vise versa.

close to home good pay easy to get to/from

stingy with benefits not flexible PTO plan stinks

Glad you like the pay and the commute. Our benefits are quite competitive and we offer 8 fixed holidays, 3 floating holidays of your choice, 5 days of PTO and vacation.Not sure why these plans "stink" A point of reference is in 2011 the engagement survey section on pay and benefits was 51% favorable.
