      Stable Industry Sheltered Management

      Pros

      The industry and company are quite stable and can thrive in a substandard economy. Compensation and benefits are comparable, if not slightly better than average.

      Cons

      Management rarely includes proper stakeholders in meetings and decision-making processes. Decisions that have a direct impact on members of a group are either held back or not made until the last minute, causing undue stress and pressure to accomplish tasks by unreasonable deadlines. Poor project and timeline management.

In fact, I circulated it today as a reminder that we have some really great people at RealPage and we hire everyone of them for their minds.       Work M-F with paid holidays.

      Cons

      The favoritism, is ridiculous. I personally have experienced sex discrimination and age discrimination with no assistance from HR.

      I know my HR team very well and they take these issues very seriously and they are not aware of any open issues such as this at this time. If this is problem has not been resolved please call myself or Mike Southwell immediately and we will address it with the appropriate parties. We certainly do not get very many of these issues, in fact they are very rare, and our history states we will deal with them accordingly. Thanks Kurt Twining

      Hire and Fire company with no business ethics.

      Zero Business ethics. Carefully watch your share plans. You do not want to get acquired from this company, they are clueless at saas products and their arrogance will destroy your brand.

      A lot of anger, and apparently there was a communication opportunity. I'm not going to try to assume I know all the facts in your situation. What I can tell those who read this post is the latest engagement survey just taken by 85% of the population rated RealPage 76% favorable, 13% neutral and 11% negative in the Respect and Recognition category. We treat people with respect and dignity wherever we can. I'm truly sorry you feel this way. If we truly had zero business ethics and were clueless in sass, that would suggest our company would no longer exist.
