      Thank you for your feedback. I was surprised to hear that we have a continued payroll issue. That seems quite unusual, having said that in the event it ever happens again, please contact your supervisor, our Payroll Manager, Melissa Pack and it will be resolved immediately. On the IT side, without knowing the specifics of your concern ,I would suggest that you contact Sean Wheeler, SVP of IT and offer up your observations.       Pros

      The trainers and team leaders were very kind and professional. I didn't have any boss that I didn't like. Fair pay for the work.

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes, schedule not very flexible. Had to work a couple of holidays, but they tried to let me go home as soon as they could.

      Convenience to local restaurants. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Terrible management being promoted based on their personal relationships. Favoritism in promotion and in office routine is a norm. Flip flop decision making. No long term vision. Not sure where are they headed.
