Great San Francisco location great Irvine location and great Westlake Village location. Culture started out great then started to go downhill

Cons

The decisions to close the remote offices was not smart. and the way the closing of the offices was done was the worst.

Thank you for your post. I noticed you work in our Charlotte call center. Taking customer calls is very critical, so having people ready to go with scheduled times is so important to the operation. Good people, nice shifts, weekends and holidays off, benefits are good, flexible, family oriented, comparable pay for the area.

Cons

Stressful, little to no training after new hire, uncaring management, small chances of advancement, management turnover is high.
