      Not exactly One Realpage

      Pros

      People are fantastic. I work out of the SF office and the culture is like family. We all want to chip in a help each other out.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the main office located in Texas doesn't exactly follow the culture set here in the Bay Area. A lot of finger point when something goes wrong instead of the solution that is needed.

      Pros

      New leaders are having impact and attracting more non industry talent. Quality of products is on the rise. Glad to see the 4th quarter results beat street expectations. Appears that sales is reporting strong growth which means the company will need to hire more people to implement backlog of orders.

      Cons

      It's a real job, which demands constant focus. Small acquisitions can be a distraction, so focus on things that really move the revenue and market.

      Your points are very valid. The good news is we beat the financial guidance in Q1, so we are stringing some solid results together, quarter over quarter. We have added several new leaders this year, and are very excited about the perspective that they are bringing to the company. We have outgrown our space in Carrollton and hopefully will be announcing our future direction soon. You will be happy to know we have several teams working on the office of the future and we plan to incorporate many of the innovative ideas that are coming forward.       Pros

      A lot of smart and talented people. Stable, well-established company. Nice for those needing a chair to sit in and a steady paycheck.

      Cons

      Power balance shifts frequently and irrationally due to strong cliques. Watch out if you're one of the outsiders Farrah Fawcett types seem to excel in this environment.
