Pros

Great collaboration with on your own product, flexible PTO, ok pay. Really the PTO and the horrible job market is the only reason I have stayed with this company.

Cons

Poor executive management. RealPage claims to be agile, but it's just waterfall that pretends to be agile due to c-suite last minute decisions. Been skipped over for a raise 2 years in a row with no explanation. No collaboration outside of your own product.
