Flexible work hours for the employee

Cons

No time limit, they will ask to join calls at night 2am as well. No job security. They hire and fire people

Pros

Unlimited PTO, immediate up line is supportive, overall benefits good, great employees

Cons

Executive management in customer success is out of touch with what it takes to keep our customers happy and the workload we have to maintain just to keep our head above water, they are more worried about checking boxes than actually servicing the customers like they need to be serviced. Not all customers have the same needs and you can’t cookie cut the service levels.
