      Pros

      RealPage is indeed a great place to work. A company with great virtues and culture. The leadership strives to give the best to the stakeholders and their employees. RealPage is a complete package of good leadership, encouraging peers and teams around. Many of them being hired during the pandemic and making sure the employees and their family members get complete help from the company with the updated insurance policies. Came across so many IJP/IJTs, which shows the active growth ladder. Its not just about work all the time. The self development trainings and extra curricular activities keeps up the teams motivated. Overall, a big thumbs up to everything related to the company.
