Cons

Scope for improvement to make the employees understand that they are working in one of the Great place in the industry.

Pros

Work life balance, above average compensation, great work culture and environment. Has all the check boxes I am looking for in a company. I wouldn't mind going back to RealPage if given the chance to work with them again.

Cons

It lacks a bit of the technical training on the side.. external training would be nice or maybe a premium account on a online learning website would be great as well.
