I am writing here to express my gratitude to Management and the stake holders, I personally had a great review with my counterpart this year and it was really touching.More than the benefit, the way they are appreciative of our work as a team here in India and she recognizes hardwork that everyone puts in day in and day out is quite a great feeling and i felt more positives out of it for the teams in long term. Really fortunate to be part of amazing Hackathon event which is quite innovative, great learnings and really SMART idea for any problem statements. Does not have any ambiguity, it is very successful and i am sure it has replaced much hyped Bay Decoration theme that happens every year. Would like to take the moment to thank the Management here in closing the salary merit cycle on time well in advance which was not an easy feat considering it requires lot of coordination. Flexible timings and work life balance, this company is far better in this aspect.

Cons

I feel current Salary review cycle is prolonged process on Ultipro and needs some solution for cutting short under 2 months.

Great environment. All employees are friendly including its leaders and top management. Lots of opportunities.

Cons

There are times that the events/activities were announced late or with limited time to prepare. But still, it's fun to have those events.
