The office is nice and well located

Management still needs to improve. Some of the sales managers are not well prepared or trained to lead teams

As an Account Manager, I would say it is a very interesting company to work for in terms of : - people diversity : always there to help each other in order to grow - environment : dynamic, young and employees focus - opportunities : interesting and challenging - salary : fair enough for Barcelona Office NEVER BORING ! So far so good !

Cons

Maybe having more compensations and benefits (gym's partnerships...)
