1.No job security 2.They can fire on any time without your performance consideration

Cons

1.Managers and directors are the worst in hyderabad location. 2.Micro management 3.All the 5 start ratings are written by hr team. 4.Within the gap of just 20 days three people are fired from my project due to just they are not giving respect to worst manager. 5.My best suggation is if you capable of getting job within one month then join this company with more hike and when they try to concentrate on you for firing shift the company. 6.The communication of my manager is worst then fish market sellers.
