The job advertisement is full of lies. There is really no base pay. When you get your first three moves, your commission is held to pay them back for the 9.00/hour base. It takes 6 days a week and 10 hours a day to meet the numbers they want most of the month. You will be micromanaged to death about making at least 50 calls a day and converting the "right" number of families even if they are crap and will waste your time and the customer's time for months. Some of the sales managers have no clue how to actually sell.
