Upper management is very approachable, and the new head of HR is making some great headway for change.

Cons

It's a fast growing company and some of the management that got them here is not who will take them to the next level. Too devisionized which hinders communication.

Company delivers real value to customers. Team is smart, fun, and engaged. You can be a apart of new and growing businesses and make a real impact. Expansion of the San Francisco office has brought a lot of innovation to the product offerings of the real page suite through acquisition and local talent. Lots of personal and professional growth opportunities. Supportive work environment with minimal politics. Beautiful location in the financial district. Soon moving to a great new location south of market near the freeway.

Cons

So many products means most people in the company don't know all of them or what they do. Integration of all products and services into a unified billing, sales, and service package can be tricky and time consuming.
