      Rough company with management challenges

      Pros

      RealPage is a market leader in their segment that could potentially be very profitable if they get their act together.

      Cons

      -Company talks about raises and programs, but these programs are never signed off by senior management. -Cannot retain top talent due to poor pay. -They often don't hire top talent supposedly due to poor recruiting. -Too many managers. -Upper management regularly makes bad decisions. -No bonus or stock option program for most employees.

      Pros

      People you work with are excellent. They are all willing to help out. You find it very easy to make friends. Great place to learn and gain experience that can help out your career.

      Cons

      There are to many Directors and higher than needed and not enough employees. Opportunities for career advancement where excellent but seems to have slowed down some.

      High turnover - In the division I worked, they valued cutting costs by hiring new, inexperienced employees over keeping the employees they had.
