      Great company with great people. Will learn a lot and build great bonds over the course of your tenure here Very friendly management who are open for suggestions and feedback.

      I didn't experience any so Unable to point any specific things. Am sure there must me some but not so visible.

      Pros

      Indeed a Great Place to work. A right balance of Work and life. I take pride to be part of this great entity and contribute my bit in my own little way towards its success ! Great management team with outstanding leadership capabilities. It helped me grow as an Individual both professionally and personally. By far the best HR I have seen in my career so far with some of the best policies and procedures and they hire some of the best talent in the industry! Kudos to the HR. Talent gets due recognition and scope to shine & contribute. I had been working for close to 4 years for this great organization and from the time I am hired to till date every single process had been transparent and had been a truly satisfying experience.

      Cons

      The cross product training sessions happen time to time but my suggestion would be for everybody to have this knowledge be made mandatory so every individual gets a bigger picture of Realpage/property management industry as a whole. These trainings to be made a must with some sort of certification to attain. There is no such benchmarking right now for individuals to be able to professionally serve property management industry.

      Fun @ Work, Flexible Hours, Month End Celebrations, Mentor-Mentee Program, great people interaction with seniors, excellent leaders, work life balance You will get a chance to work multiple products , their integration and exposure of these products as services. Quarterly reviews conducted helps to Set clear goals.

      Cons

      Lot of products that comes as a part of acquisition have its own challenges in its platform/integration/technologies.
