      Pros

      The tecnhology is good. The atmosphere is casual. The salary was OK. There was some challenge in the work. Overall OK.

      Cons

      There was not enough room for advancement. The new jobs seemed to be going to India. This was not the best future.

      Pros

      Coming from some other corporations, this place makes things quite interesting. Bday cakes, Volunteering, lots of different social able activities, whirleyball... the guys do like to have fun in between working.

      Cons

      The natural progression of companies that grow so large in a short time frame is that some of these workplace fun ideas will come to a close. Hopefully not though!

      Pros

      The hours are good and you are off during the holidays and the weekends.

      Cons

      RealPage management is incompetent and has a very low level of professionalism. They like to use intimidation techniques to get you to do something. Also if you do something even though later is proven that it was a mistake, they will have you in the radar from that point on. If you get sick and have not vacation or sick time available you get fired even if it's one hour that you go unpaid. The benefits are not that great, the medical insurance has a very high deductible and a very high out of pocket max. Not enough vacation time and you cannot borrow from your vacation time.
