Pros

The people, the Facilities, the salary

Cons

Commissions, scheduling , time off , the fact that they just take your vacation time with out even consulting you, health plan, you are forced to take a 6k deductible with BCBS that just means don't get sick or you will pay for it.

Thank you for your post. Obviously you are in sales. I'm glad you like your co-workers, your pay and the facilities. We have not had a commission complaint in over a year according to the Sales team. We do not, let me repeat, do not take anyone's vacation time away "without consulting" them. I'm not sure what event has happened in your life, but I have the same medical plan that you do, and I very happy to know that once my 6K deductible is met, it pays at 100%. My wife had surgery this year, and I was glad to have it. John Yager, SVP Sales Ops just had both of his knees replaced and when I talked to him on Saturday, he was very happy to know that the $75k surgery was covered. Insurance is for life events. If you feel for any reason, that you are not being treated fairly, don't put it on glass door. Come see me and I will be the first one to help you in the event that your complaint needs to be addressed. Sincerely, Kurt Twining

Pros

RealPage call center is on the right path to being a great place to work! I was happy there for 2+ years and fortunate to have the opportunity for growth! The call center is a fun place to work for a while and the people are pretty nice.

Cons

There are very few opportunities to develop professionally and they tell you this is a "career" not just a job, but there is no clear path from the call center for most.

Thank you for your post. The contact center has clearly improved its game over the past several years. Turnover has dropped, engagement scores have gone up, we have moved both US locations into new buildings with a professional environment. And you're right the people are nice and fun. Your advice is real feedback. Clearly everyone has aspirations and that is a good thing. Almost everyone on the team started in a contact center environment including SVP Randy Johns, so he knows what it is like to move forward. I'm sending this post to Randy and Rob Felkel CC HR, as an awareness factor. I appreciate the fact that you recommend RealPage even though you have moved on. All the best to you, Kurt Twining

Pros

Right now I can't think of any

Cons

To many to name - I could live with adding $100.00 a month, with tolls and gas, to drive to the new location, but when you score high on reviews year after year and your raise does not reflect your increased review scores it's time to look somewhere. It's almost like the longer you work here, the more you try and contribute, the more you are just passed by.
