Good time-off policy, flexible work hours, company offsite, remote work (likely changing).

Cons

-There's no rules of engagement or process in place to ensure your success. -Managers are completely hands-off; you're left to fend on your own. -Expected to follow executive team blindly or else you're on the outs with them. -HR representation and benefits for US team is completely lacking (note that base compensation doesn’t align with this reality). -Overall the company direction is not clear but expectation and pressure on output is high.

so many things to learn and pick up. always new opportunities, that require more effort, but more place to shine, unlimited holidays, good salary, good work life balance.

Cons

Not much mature processes, but that means you can break into new fields.
