Generous time-off policy, flexible work hours, yearly company retreat, remote work.

Cons

You need to get all your answers yourself or you will sink, there is no rule book or real direction. You may know how to do your job, but what you may think is correct or the right way to approach a situation may not fly with some folks here. You need to have your own back and when you think you've covered everything - check again! Upper management is not hesitant to serve you your butt on a platter, even if the mistake if with them. You need to watch every step you take.
