We do not require or force anyone to write a review here on Glassdoor. For the sake of transparency, please see our original request below to employees asking people, only if they wish, to post honest and transparent reviews, with genuine positives and negatives. Our desire is only that we be represented honestly by the people who really work here. "Dear Team: It has come to my attention that a negative and misleading post was recently published anonymously on Glassdoor about our company. This is not, obviously, an uncommon event for companies in the 21st century, although it’s still pretty rare for us. Usually I recommend ignoring such posts, but in this case we have responded thoughtfully and publicly on Glassdoor. I would ask the team, if anyone wishes, to also post reviews of us there. I’m not asking for positive reviews, only honest ones. Every company has its ups and down, positives and negatives. I would just like to see the truth there, not only one-sided comments. For me, every day I get the privilege to work with such amazing and talented colleagues here at Realeyes. I am constantly impressed with the dedication, professionalism and hard work I have seen from the entire team and by the fact that people care so deeply for each other and for the business. I wouldn’t like to ever see that ignored or maligned. As I said, we have replied to the post online, but our company, our team belongs to all of us. I would just like to see us represented in in an honest and transparent way, so that when others think about working with us, they get an honest and balanced picture. And if there are any issues that this situation evokes, Helga and I would welcome any feedback you can provide us directly, so we can act on those things and try to make them better.
