There is an awesome tech to take to the market, and from all angles this mission is genuinely exciting. Realeyes is very innovative, and there are many hardworking, fun and bright colleagues to work with. The work culture is relaxed yet fast-paced, perks and compensation are generous, and you get trusted with high impact work (which you can and should take ownership of). The company's outlook is solid and promising, with fresh talent joining, good funding, and a great vibe that can be felt in all its offices. Emotion Ai will boom in the next years, so right now is a great time to join, if you are passionate and want to make it happen.

Cons

The company is relatively small (c.70) across multiple locations, which causes coordination and alignment between teams to be unstructured at times.

Pros

Interesting product. Flexible working hours. Opportunity to work from home. International environment. You could work with some really good, knowledgeable people, with interesting ideas, personality and motivating spirit.

Cons

Toxic, incapable leadership. Disastrous company culture. Dishonesty. Secrecy. Twisted reality. Punishing people for the mistakes of the top and mid management. Warning for all future hires: this is not the best time to join unless you are interested in dishonest company politics.

Pros

They really trust you--if you need to work from home just tell your coworkers and its totally fine. They also give you unlimited vacation days! Last but certainly not least, they pay for your health insurance 100%.

Cons

The company has employees scattered around the globe, so communication is often difficult.
