      Pros

      I was with Realsoft for 3 years . One of best firm to work in Herndon area. I still admire Mr.Pal not only as Leader but also as Person, with full transparency he delivers what he committed otherwise he don't Best firm for H1-B folks and freshers. If you keep your client happy with deliverables then they will go beyond the policy to save you from challenges. I always trusted Raj (HR and Legal) due diligence for Visa filing and never had problems. As part of Realsoft's team, I got chance to work with great & knowledgeable colleagues such as Swapna and Jai. Karthik was my hiring manager and he always made sure I got whatever I aspire for. Always had best repo with in-house employee as well and they are truly professional and friendly.

      - Got the chance to work on meaningful projects with the State of VA. - Well-connected relationships with State of VA managers and team, which made collaboration smooth and effective. - Flexible schedule that really helped maintain work-life balance. - Supportive team and leadership who were always approachable and helpful. - The company was consistent, reliable, and always had my back throughout the project. - Appreciated the small recognitions during project in State of VA.

      Cons

      -Because this Realsoft Tech contract is project-based with the State of VA, long-term growth and advancement are limited. -The nature of the project restricts opportunities to take on new roles or expand responsibilities.
