RealTime has potential, but you can tell by the mass exodus by long-term employees that upper admin isn't listening.
Cons
I worked at RealTime for over a year before the company was bought out and acquired two other software companies. Following these changes, there was a significant decline in company culture, morale, and overall concern for employees. Work-life balance ceased to be a priority for upper management, and too few employees were left to handle support responsibilities, leading to a near breakdown in communication.
