The company is small and growing and it’s a fantastic place to start or grow your career in a new industry.
Cons
Because it’s small and growing, there aren’t a lot of systems and procedure in place for accessing or documenting information. It’s a work in progress and can be a little frustrating at times because of the evolving structure. Also, the pay is okay but not great for the work/skill involved.
