-Constant protection of terrible leaders despite multiple complaints. -Several lay offs of hard working and talented professionals that really cared about the work and company. -People were laid odd in June and many of those jobs are now open/posted. This is super shady and extremely lazy of HR leadership, shame on you. -Top heavy teams with ineffective managers that don't listen or don't even do their jobs. Zero accountability.

Don't expect to get a raise or a promotion, even if you do great work. Everyone gets the same rating in their performance review (average) so that bonuses and raises won't be awarded. Managers aren't even allowed input on the ratings of their direct reports. Bonuses can be slashed without cause on the day they are awarded. The RTO process has been handled incredibly poorly. The layoffs this summer were handled even more poorly - why announce 6 months before they actually happen? It just doesn't seem like the upper management has any regard for the employees that actually make the company money.
