Pros

Great benefits and great team environment! The company definitely provides a lot of perks for employees. Can make a lot of money!

Cons

Focuses more on quantity than quality in most cases. CSR pretty much has to take the blame for shortcomings of the company (ex: the website misleading consumers). Has one basic process that is supposed to work for the masses, therefore not catering to each scenario.

As a subsidiary of NewsCorp, there's quite a bit of opportunity to explore roles with one of many other businesses here and abroad. Competitive salaries. Generous vacation policies.

Cons

A significant number of the employees are well-meaning, good people. But there are some in leadership roles who lack the professional maturity or self awareness to appropriately affect change. It's an incredibly complex organizational structure. It's a real estate technology firm (with a small media business) based in Silicon Valley but owned and governed by a media company in New York. This causes almost endless misalignment on resources, efficiencies, channel conflict, etc.
