The work was cool and the tech was good, learned a lot. Compensation was really good.

Cons

Leadership (C-suite) was abysmal. Completely out of touch with what the employees want. Multiple rounds of layoffs within one calendar year. Forcing people back to the office when they didn't want to go. Employee satisfaction surveys were plummeting throughout my time there. They seem to have a new CEO now so maybe things are changing for the better but probably not.

weak management. Managers have no idea of the tech or business. They are just roles with no added value—expectations too high and insufficient recognition.
