Pros
Experiences may vary depending on the team, and people you work with - but there's a pretty solid chance with most teams that members have a lot of autonomy and trust for things like: - Work hours / Day to day time utilization - PTO - Responsibility - Technical direction C-levels are _normal_ C-level types, but they do their best to be transparent and communicate. CEO, Doctorow holds AMA sessions monthly and has since the start of the pandemic - and while some tough political questions get non-answers, he does really seem to be as open as possible about anything people ask. Honorable mentions: Compensation is generally fair. Unlimited PTO is honored in a very healthy way, from folks I'm aware of. It certainly varies team to team, but the people are fantastic, and culture is that of openness and accountability.
Cons
It _really_ depends on the team, sometimes. Pay structure is very rigid - do not expect to have successful conversations about how you've grown your skillset and value to the company, with any sort of financial outcome. It's a big company - culture is very silo'd.
