I'm sad to say it's all downhill

Pros

Great people and benefits. Room to grow if you are on the right person's good side.

Cons

I have been with this company a very long time, through several ceos, product changes, philosophies. Even though there have been plenty of ups and downs, I don't think it can get any worse than this. The CEO is in another world, oblivious to his workers, and gives off a general "I don't care" attitude. Change is good, but at the speed of light before anyone can catch a breath or put any good foot forward it is not. It's almost like this company wants to fail. The last lay off was met with a scripted 5 minute uncaring speech from the CEO and made us all laugh. It's embarrassing at this point.

Hybrid position (hired as fully virtual but they changed that to 3 days in office, 2 from home) Medical/Dental benefits

Cons

Micro-managed, passive aggressive leadership, clickish atmosphere that they identify as “collaborative “, arrogant “we're #1” cult-like culture, reactive (not at all proactive to the ever changing real estate landscape), unrefined product and vastly unprepared product rollout
