      Pros

      I have been with the Company for 6 years and have made over $180K every year. This company has rewarded me in many ways. I have positive role models to work with and enjoy coming to work everyday. We have great benifits, including 401K. I have great work hours and have been finacially rewarded from my performance. Very enjoyable and great paying company.

      Cons

      One Con is it is a hyper competive enviroment, which means you have to be extremly self motivated in order to succeed.

      Pros

      Great pay, management is always there to help out and a ton of incentives, very happy!! lots of training and coaching, good system in place with mentors to help as well and great benefits, by the far the best company i have worked for, not a hard sale and great oppurtunity to make money and be successful. been here for 6 years and each year make over 200k in payout.

      Cons

      Not enough time in the day to make more money!

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Most people are very helpful and friendly. They rotate around hard drives with all the latest movies, TV shows and music which is actually a very nice perk.

      Cons

      Management doesn't have a clue. CIO turnover is very high, so there is no unified technical direction for the company to build on. Senior Management has no interest in technology and needs to be replaced. No company wide standards so each group does their own thing without involving other groups.
