Pros

Some managers are not crazy micromanaging freaks. That's usually a decent reason to work anywhere. The location is nice. They haven't made complete hash of employee evaluation and annual raises yet.

Cons

If I were still there I'd be very concerned about job security. Move is having an identity crisis -- though I think they would refer to it as "restrategizing the Three Pillar Philosophy" or something along those lines. The layoffs have started, but HR is sort of clueless about how to handle them. Also, I've heard there will be a no-pay shutdown the week of Christmas...that's always a great sign!
